JOE SAKIC NORDIQUES CURVE DISPLAY

Possessing the ideal combination of size and strength for a center, Joe Sakic could glide along the ice with precision, power and grace. He had that rare ability to rarely lose possession of the puck despite his eyes focused ahead while skating at full speed. His ability to set up his teammates for better opportunities was a mark of his brilliant Hall of Fame career. He finished in the top 10 in the NHL in assists in nearly half (nine) of his 20 seasons in the league. He became the 11th skater in league history to notch 1,000 career assists when he reached the milestone on 3/22/08 against the Oilers. This 8” x 10” image shows a full-speed Sakic controlling the puck in a Nordiques blue jersey with ice kicking up behind him. The image is the background in this unique limited edition (25) curve display that also features an autographed puck. Sakic has signed this Quebec Nordiques hockey puck in gold paint pen. His signature is deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated’s Five Step Process.
