This year marks the 25th anniversary of the most iconic Game 6 of the NBA finals, the Bulls superstar found himself in isolation against Jazz guard Bryon Russell with fewer than 15 seconds remaining in Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals. Jordan began his move with eight seconds remaining. Jordan then dribbles down the court and uses a crossover dribble to hit the game-winner jumper. Jordan finished the game with 45 points in 40 minutes to give Chicago their sixth NBA championship and second three-peat.
Jordan said after the game, “When the crowd gets quiet, the moment is there, once you get into the moment, when you know you are there, things start to get quiet, and you start to the read the court very well. When Russell reached, I knew the moment was there.” Upper Deck designed a one-of-a-kind logo to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Michael Jordan’s last title, and for the first time, Jordan has inscribed “6x Champ” on this authentic Chicago Bulls red jersey.
Jordan has signed and inscribed “6x Champ” on the back of this limited edition (123) Chicago Bulls red jersey in silver paint pen. His signature is deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated’s Five Step Process.
