An All-American at Georgia Tech and an All-NBA player with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Mark Price had his No. 25 jersey retired by both teams. With the Yellow Jackets, Price led the way in Georgia Tech’s 57-54 win over North Carolina in the championship game of the 1985 ACC Tournament, the program’s first ACC tournament title. With the Cavaliers, the four-time All-Star led the way to the 1992 Eastern Conference finals, where the Cavs came up just short against the Michael Jordan-led dynasty of the Bulls. Originally drafted in the second round in ’86 by the Mavericks, Price was traded to Cleveland on draft day and spent nine of his 12 NBA seasons with the Cavs. In his time in Cleveland, he was successful on 48 percent of his field goal attempts, 40 percent of his 3-point attempts and 91 percent of his free throw attempts. In this image of Price leading the break against Celtics forwards Reggie Lewis and Kevin McHale, he converts a layup using his left hand. Price has signed this limited edition (50) Lefty Layup 16″ x 20″ image in silver paint pen. His signature is deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated’s Five Step Process.
