Golf has become one of the most popular sports in the city of Dubai, which is one of the largest cities in the United Arab Emirates. The Ladies European Tour has taken notice. It started the Omega Dubai Ladies Classic in 2006, and among the early winners of the event were Annika Sorenstam (twice) and Lexi Thompson. Chinese golfer Shanshan Feng captured the 2014 tournament with a five-stroke win. But she didn’t stop there. Feng would win her second Dubai Ladies Classic two years later, and then went on to win the following two years to give her four titles in five years in the prestigious event. She won the ’15 event by 12 strokes. In this image, she’s approaching the 16th hole during the final round of the ’16 tournament on December 10.
