The 2007-08 college basketball season culminated in No. 1 seeded UCLA reaching its third consecutive Final Four behind the strength of big man Kevin Love and point guard Russell Westbrook. Unfortunately for the Bruins, they would lose to the Memphis Tigers. Even more unfortunate was later on when Memphis’ season and tournament appearance were vacated by the NCAA due to rules violations. It was a particularly bitter pill to swallow for UCLA and Love, whose one season perhaps could have ended in a National Championship. An All-America selection that season, Love has gone on to have a stellar NBA career. He’s a multiple-time All-Star and captured an NBA Finals championship in 2016 with the Cavaliers. This Bruins jersey has the unique replication of the “C” in a different color on the front of the jersey. That represents UCLA becoming the first school to win 100 championships. Love has autographed this UCLA white Retro Brand jersey in silver paint pen. His signature is deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated’s Five-Step Process.
